This is the same problem as described in a different post. The guy said it was solved by replacing a multiplexer module that somehow allows the radio to stay powered even after key removal.
To remove HISS, you need to flash the ECU to disable the immobilizer/HISS. Or get US ECU which doesn't have HISS but I think has different plug. Alternatively there is a way to keep the HISS receiver (the ring with HISS on top of your key) and tape the original key to it and hide it somewhere in the bike. This way the ECU thinks that the key is there. Is the HISS sensor (that fits around the ignition key) merely a pick-up sensor or is it also an active part of the code system? Of course, the best fix is to simply disable the whole system. When I bought my 929 to race the HISS was still fairly new and I couldn't find any means of disabling it back then. The hiss is 100% not ground noise, it is more like the hiss in the background of old cassette tapes. I feel it is just background noise from the unclean speaker level output from the factory deck. I have managed it by turning up amp gain to 70% ish and turning down the input gain on the lc7i to 25% ish.
Nov 17, 2015 · The Abus Granit Victory is a nice disc lock, very small. I read once to install disc locks on the rear and oriented so you have to reach thru the wheel with the key to unlock them, makes it harder for a thief to disable the lock. But as others have said nothing with stop a determined thief.

Your car or truck could be equipped with hill-start control and you probably wouldn't even know it was there. But don't underestimate the importance of this system that operates in the background.
